How can I Pay?

We accept the following; Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, PayPal, Visa Debit, Direct Debit, American Express (PayPal only). Orders placed online can be completed using the payment methods listed below.

Paypal

We accept PayPal payments which offer the fastest way of checking out with or without a PayPal account. You will not be charged to make a purchase and you can pay using your credit card, bank account or direct from your PayPal account in any of 24 currencies.

Payment over the telephone

We are more than happy to take payment over the phone. Simply give us a call on +44 (0) 1522 543956 before placing an order and we can manually process one for you. If you have any questions please don’t hesitate to get in touch via our Contact Page.

Click and Collect

We also offer a Click and Collect service for local customers. Currently this option is only available to those with a Lincoln (UK) postcode (if you wish to collect with a different UK postcode get in touch via our Contact Page). Once the order has been placed and payment has been completed you will be able to collect your order in store.

Can I track my order?

When you have completed your order with Agatha and payment has been completed you can track your order using the tracking number provided on the ‘Order Complete’ email. If you are having issues locating this, please don’t hesitate to get in touch via our Contact Page.

Can I request for my order to be gift wrapped?

Yes you can. For £5 we offer a gift wrapping service both online and in store. To request your order to be gift wrapped online, simply click the option ‘Would you like your order gift wrapped?’ on the checkout page. You can specify in the ‘Order Notes’ section whether you wish to add a personal message or request not to include invoice should this be a gift for the recipient.
