Royal Mail – Second Class Delivery* £6.50
With proof of posting, signature on arrival and online confirmation, delivery is easy to trace. Most parcels should arrive within 3-5 working days. For peace of mind with proof of postage use their online tracking service to check if your item has been delivered. A signature is obtained upon delivery.
Royal Mail – First Class Delivery* £9.00
Fast, reliable delivery across the UK. First class aims to deliver parcels weighing up to 20kg the next working day, including Saturdays. Most parcels should arrived withing 1-3 days. With your own tracking number and signature required.
Royal Mail - Guaranteed Next Day Delivery* £11.50
With our Delivery Guaranteed option your item will arrive safely, and on time. Knowing it is secure at every stage of delivery with a tracking number. Signed proof of delivery for when you need to know important items have arrived. Saturday delivery (for an additional fee) - please contact Agatha Boutique directly for this option - and only secured on orders placed before 1pm on Saturday.
European Delivery Charges £18.00
Parcels to Europe are usually sent Royal Mail International Signed For, DPD or FedEx courier. We will send you a tracking number and carrier used so you can track your parcel. All orders have to be signed for, so please try to arrange for someone to be in, otherwise the carrier will leave a card for you to contact them to rearrange delivery. International Delivery Charges £25.00
International parcels are usually sent Royal Mail International Signed For or DPD, FedEx courier. We will send you a tracking number and carrier used so you can track your parcel. All orders have to be signed for, so please try to arrange for someone to be in, otherwise the carrier will leave a card for you to contact them to rearrange delivery. International delivery times will be between 4 to 10 working days.
Please note: Any customs or import duties levied once the package reaches your destination country will be your responsibility as we have no control over these charges and cannot predict them. In event that you wish to return any item, please note that import duties and sales taxes will not be refunded by us, and returning of goods will be at your own expense.
USA Delivery Charges £28.00 Ts & Cs
* All orders are processed within 24 hours, however, during busy periods and due to restricted staffing during COVID-19 lockdowns, this may take slightly longer. To ensure your order is sent to arrive with the correct delivery time frame, orders must be placed and payments cleared before 4pm on the day of purchase otherwise it will not be shipped until the next working day.
